About the Company Starmaker Distribution is a wholesale distributor of generic and licensed products ranging from sports merchandise to kids' items. With over 10,000 products across 300 categories, we serve as a one-stop shop for our customers' general merchandise needs. Who We Are Looking For Starmaker Distribution is searching for a qualified, hardworking, and dependable individual to fill the full-time Warehouse Manager role in Montgomery, Texas . This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of the facility. We are looking for someone who is organized, hands-on, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations Supervise and support warehouse staff Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency Help improve workflow and warehouse processes Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock and shipments Assist with training and accountability of warehouse team members Qualifications /

Assets:

Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience with inventory and warehouse operations Forklift experience is an asset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:

$40,000 per year Performance-based bonuses
