This is a working leadership role — you'll be on the ground running equipment, managing the yard, and directing a crew to keep production running efficiently and safely. If you know your way around a screener and a front loader, understand concrete recycling from start to finish, and can lead people with confidence — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee all day-to-day yard operations including intake, crushing, screening, and stockpiling of recycled concrete aggregate Operate and maintain heavy equipment — front loader, screener, and related machinery Supervise, schedule, and direct yard employees; keep the team accountable to production goals and safety standards Monitor material flow and ensure product quality Track equipment condition and coordinate maintenance and repairs Enforce safety standards and company policies at all times Report to management on production, staffing, and operational needs What We're Looking For Experience in concrete recycling, aggregate production, or construction materials Hands-on experience operating a front loader (required) and working knowledge of screeners or similar equipment Experience supervising or managing a crew in a yard or production setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license required Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Compensation Competitive — based on experience.
