DRIVING STRONG OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP OF A MULTI-REGION LOGISTICS NETWORK.
The Fulfillment Manager oversees distribution operations, ensuring service, cost, and efficiency targets are met. By implementing strategic improvements, this role enhances reliability and supports overall supply chain success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide local leadership on behalf of the HNA Logistics Team to develop and implement a reliable distribution and last mile execution balancing HNA logistics and sales strategies and priorities Lead, develop, coach, and interface with Logistics Team Members to ensure Market Organization (MO) business needs are met within the framework of the logistics strategy Develop and implement communications to achieve continual improvement of logistics execution supporting customer engagement and HNA Logistics/MO profitability targets Define and develop the interface between the MO and the warehouse, transportation, and materials management teams to ensure productivity and service needs are met Define and develop service standards to the customer based on customer needs for all divisions in MO Develop and direct local team resources according to defined interfaces and sales trends, including working with local Division Managers to establish appropriate targeting to drive operational effectiveness Direct effective communications and teamwork between departments Challenge and develop operational and supply concepts across functional silos (sales and logistics) Build and maintain networks internally and externally, e.g. professional associations, to identify industry trends and best practices and lead interface with MO customer executives for logistics-related matters in support of MO Division Managers Additional duties upon request
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, required Minimum four (4) years of logistics work experience, required Strong supply chain and third-party logistics provider experience, distribution and transportation network knowledge, and commercial competence to support customer engagement Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products (heavy emphasis on Excel and Power Point) Outstanding organizational, detail, and process-oriented skill set Demonstrated SAP knowledge, analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Demonstrated consultative influencing and negotiation skills both internally and externally to logistics Strong planning and implementation skills (ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks simultaneously) Strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish business impact and prioritization at strategic level
