Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Material Handlers with Administrative experience for an immediate start in Taylor, TX!
WEEKLY PAY
•OVERTIME•LONG
TERM PROJECT PAY
$30/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM
$90/day for days worked (if outside 60 miles from job site)
HOURS:
Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 5-6 days per week (50+ hours/week)
SCHEDULE
Workdays will be Monday-Saturday; 6:00am•4:30pm

Description:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Material Handler/Admin to support warehouse and construction material operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, handling and organizing materials, operating tools and equipment safely, and ensuring efficient material flow throughout the warehouse and jobsite. The ideal candidate has strong inventory management experience, is comfortable using both hand and mechanical tools, and prioritizes workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain warehouse inventory and material tracking systems Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and supplies Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records Operate hand tools and mechanical tools/equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse Coordinate material deliveries and shipments Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Support project teams by ensuring materials are available when needed Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material management Strong inventory management and organizational skills Ability to use hand and mechanical tools safely OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required (or be willing to get) Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
