Job Description
About the Role Following a major increase in scales, we're looking for a Warehouse Manager to take charge of stocking, fulfillment, and delivery for our products. As we expect to scale further in the near future, we're looking for someone who's ready to take full ownership of ensuring efficiency with all aspects of handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate manufacturing orders, and track shipping times, supporting the fulfillment of several thousand product orders per month. Responsibilities Supervise and support daily warehouse activities including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate operations Coordinate warehouse distribution activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and team members to optimize supply chain efficiency Implement process improvements related to materials handling, heavy lifting safety protocols, and overall workflow optimization Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations through regular training and inspections Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities. Requirements 5+ years of warehouse management experience 3+ years of managing hourly warehouse employees. Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced logistics or e-commerce environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution systems Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent team management skills Familiarity with warehouse management systems, OSHA standards, and 3PL logistics operations Ability to perform process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and safety standards Excellent understanding of warehouse management policies, procedures, and best practices. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Valid driver's license. Proficient computer skills.
