Now Hiring:
AV Warehouse Manager in San Antonio, TX! Are you an organized AV logistics expert who knows the difference between a Shure ULXD and a Barco projector? We want you!
Company Overview:
At Vegas Event Group we provide top-tier audio-visual, lighting, and staging solutions for corporate events, concerts, and conferences. We are currently seeking an experienced AV Warehouse Manager to oversee our equipment inventory, prep team, and logistics operations.
What You'll Do:
Inventory Control:
Maintain 100% accuracy on all AV gear, cables, cases, and rigging equipment using inventory management software.
Gear Prep & Quality Control:
Oversee the pulling and testing of equipment before shows, ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled and mechanically sound.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, schedule, and train a team of warehouse prep techs and pullers.
Logistics & Fleet Management:
Coordinate local delivery and load-in schedules. Oversee the maintenance of our company delivery vehicles.
Safety & Organization:
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant, and highly efficient warehouse layout. What You Need to
Succeed:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in AV equipment management, live event production, or a fast-paced equipment rental environment.
AV Literacy:
Strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and grip gear.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage a team and maintain high morale under tight deadlines.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with AV scheduling/inventory software and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
Physical Ability:
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a major plus!).

Salary based on experience.
Schedule:

Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour

What types of events have you supported? Corporate, weddings, conferences, concerts, private events, venue activations, etc. What AV systems are you most experienced with? Audio, video, projection, livestreaming, lighting, power, networking, etc.

Experience:
