Primary Responsibilities:
Ensuring World Class service in daily interaction with all levels of personnel within the company, customers, and suppliers. Ensuring all work is performed to the company's approved procedures, standards, and specifications. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and team to ensure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each team member. Ensuring the team is managed and trained. Promoting safety and maintaining awareness of a safe work environment. Handling all relevant employee timekeeping record requirements, vacation scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Keeping the immediate manager fully informed of all matters of significance and taking prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternatives. Performing all necessary management functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, performance management, and firing of warehouse personnel. Communicating areas of accountability and performance expected of assigned personnel Creating and maintaining a positive working environment to promote employee morale and productivity. Maintaining inventory control. Ensuring the pulling of orders with 100% accuracy and packaging them safely for loading onto trucks. Supervising the loading and unloading of trucks daily. Receiving and checking the accuracy of inventory received from vendors. Ensuring housekeeping and cleanliness of all work areas. Ensure dock areas, outside dock areas, break areas, and bathrooms are organized, clean, free of debris, and in good working condition. Performing all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position. Performing other duties and responsibilities as required.

Program Referral Program Supervisory Responsibility:
This position assists in supervising all warehouse employees under the management of the Warehouse Manager.
Physical and Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment (inside/outside). Ability to work in a cold freezer below -20 degrees. Lifting, standing, reaching, climbing is required on an ongoing basis. Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs. Must be able to grip a minimum of 45 lbs. with each hand.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED Equivalent. A four-year degree from an accredited college, preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a frozen and refrigerated warehouse or distribution center. Knowledge of shelf dates / rotations on items. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Strong focus on quality and ability to master productivity. Excellent time management. Ability to effectively interact with hourly team members, management, and executive team. Demonstrates Can Do approach in responding to customer's request as well as other team members across organization. Acts with a sense of urgency and can meet deadlines. Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and / or weekends to meet business demands. Must be computer proficient. English and Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Successful completion of post offer background check, MVR, drug screen, physical and physical abilities test.
