The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of supply chain management, expertise in logistics, inventory control, and process improvement. This role is vital in ensuring efficient warehouse functions, optimizing inventory accuracy, and supporting overall business growth through effective management of resources, personnel, and systems. We are a fast paced and growing Commercial HVAC company seeking the right person with strong HVAC knowledge. Duties Execute daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and delivery of appropriate needed materials to site. Load deliveries to move from warehouse to the jobsite Deliver to jobsites Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage transportation management systems (TMS) for seamless distribution processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff. Assist shipping & receiving processes ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of quality control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with supply chain best practices such as process standardization and lean principles. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a logistics or supply chain environment. Extensive understanding of inventory management, procurement, shipping & receiving. Experience with HVAC Equipment & Materials. Familiarity with transportation planning, fleet management, demand planning, production planning, and materials management. Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze data for supply chain optimization. Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments including procurement, logistics providers, and internal teams. Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
