What You Will Be DoingManaging teams on large electrical distribution projectsBe responsible for projects from start to finishWork with upper management and Senior PM to ensure job safety and completionDevelop and build strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budgetDrive division profitability through effective project executionDevelop and lead project management technical and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements, personnel assignments and capacity planningEvaluate and continually improve the systems and processes used by the department to effectively meet customer requirements and profitability goalsReview the overall contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodology for individual projects as requiredEnsure schedule requirements are met for all projects. Readily adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirementsInteract with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during and after project completionManage project review process with particular emphasis on financial forecastingEnsure high-quality engineering, studies, and project deliveryProactively and systematically communicate challenges, risks and successesWhat You Need for this Position3+ years of experience of electrical project management experience, preferably with distribution projectsExtensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contractsDemonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projectsDemonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolioExceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and writtenExceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skillsWhat's In It for You130-180k + bonus (depending on project experience)Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kSo, if you are an Electrical Project Manager with experience, please apply today!
