This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to supporting customers and teammates. You will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, fleet maintenance, facilities, and large-equipment deliveries, with the autonomy to drive operational excellence. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who is more than just a logistics expert - someone who excels in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and proactively solves problems. You will oversee warehouse efficiency, ensure timely deliveries, maintain equipment, and manage operations ranging from inventory organization to coordination across teams. This is an opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse receiving, shipping, and storage operations. Verify inbound shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage. Manage and perform large-equipment deliveries using a 26-foot box truck. Maintain fleet vehicles, warehouse equipment, and ensure operational readiness. Oversee warehouse organization, facility upkeep, safety checks, and general maintenance. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth operations. Identify business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives. Handle communication, coordinate orders, and serve as the operational problem-solving point of contact. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field. Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted) with a clean driving record. Experience driving a 26-foot box truck and handling large equipment deliveries. Strong organizational and warehouse management skills. Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively. Hands-on approach with willingness to support tasks at all levels. Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on creating value and operational success. Interest in building a long-term career.
