Founded by podiatrists and built on innovation, we create footwear that helps women move through life feeling supported, confident and comfortable. As our US business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Seattle warehouse. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We are looking for a leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the team, solve problems in real time, and take ownership of warehouse performance, inventory integrity and fulfilment outcomes. About the Role Reporting into the US Business Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of our warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfilment, strong team performance and a safe, organized working environment. You will lead by example, balancing hands-on operational work with people leadership, planning and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on position. You will be working alongside the team, ensuring efficient operations. Heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, and repetitive motions are required. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring all orders are picked, packed and dispatched within KPI and SLA requirements. Drive fulfilment accuracy and productivity across ecommerce, wholesale and dropship channels. Monitor and improve warehouse workflows to maximize efficiency and customer outcomes. Support inbound inventory receiving, scanning, shelving, and stock movement activities. Maintain a clean, organized and highly functional warehouse environment. Inventory Management Take ownership of inventory accuracy and integrity across all warehouse locations. Oversee and perform stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation processes. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and system variances. Partner with planning, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting. Logistics Coordination Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities to ensure inventory is received, processed, and dispatched efficiently. Monitor inbound shipments and proactively communicate delivery timelines, delays and risks to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with freight providers, carriers and third-party logistics partners to resolve issues and maintain service standards. Oversee the receiving process, ensuring inbound stock is accurately checked, scanned, and made available for sale within agreed timelines. Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse, retail and other business locations to support trading requirements. Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses. Ensure all shipping documentation, inventory records, and system transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Develop strong working relationships with supply chain, planning, finance and retail teams to ensure alignment on inventory availability and operational priorities. Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes, workflows, and carrier performance to support the continued growth of the US business. Team Leadership Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members. Allocate daily tasks and manage workload priorities. Ensure team performance aligns with operational KPIs and business expectations. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse team members. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Planning & Continuous Improvement Plan warehouse resources around inbound shipments, launches, promotional periods and peak trade events. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Care, Retail, Ecommerce, Planning, Supply Chain and Finance. Support the growth and scalability of FRANKIE4's US operations. About You You are an energetic and proactive warehouse leader who enjoys being in the operation, solving problems and motivating teams to perform at their best.
You will bring:
Previous experience managing warehouse or fulfilment operations. Strong people leadership skills and the ability to hold teams accountable to performance expectations. A hands-on approach and willingness to work physically alongside the team. Experience managing warehouse KPIs, productivity targets, and service levels. Strong inventory management and stock control experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills. A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify operational efficiencies. Experience with warehouse and inventory systems such as Cin7, Shopify, EDI platforms or similar is highly regarded. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous. Build Something Bigger Than a Warehouse At FRANKIE4, every pair of shoes we send out the door represents a woman who can walk further, stand longer and live with less pain. Today, we're proud to have helped hundreds of thousands of women experience the difference that thoughtfully designed footwear can make. We're growing rapidly in the United States and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. This isn't a warehouse role where you'll be managing a mature operation with established layers of management. This is an opportunity to take ownership, lead from the front, build capability within the team and help shape the future of our US distribution operations. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, improving processes, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll thrive here. Pay:
