Job Description

Manager, Warehouse Services supports the development and alignment of system applications, processes, and programs to optimize and standardize Warehouse Operations' safety, operational efficiency, stakeholder fulfillment, inventory management, and financial performance. This position specializes in the research and implementation of new systems, tools and automation that support warehouse safety, optimization, efficiencies and standardization. Supports the warehouse operations function through centralized program management, project/initiative leadership, and support services. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Reviews new technologies, tools, and automation, recommending ways to reduce costs and boost warehouse productivity. Drive implementation and sustainment by applying change management methods—training, communication, leader routines, and audit checks to reinforce adoption. Capable of thoroughly analyzing financial reports and KPIs to spot opportunities across warehouse operations, including cost to serve, productivity, IT & RF, material handling equipment and R&M. Establishes robust relationships with industry vendors, negotiates favorable terms, and secures competitive quotes for new services and solutions. Ensures that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the terms or agreements to maximize value. Independently coordinate across internal stakeholders (site leads, plant managers, warehouse teams, etc.) to align priorities, impacts, and adoption plans. Provides on‑site support, guidance, and solutions to all levels of the organization, from site leadership to frontline warehouse employees, reinforcing standard work, safe practices, and effective use of processes, systems, and technology. Builds credibility quickly in diverse warehouse environments, earning trust through practical knowledge, listening, and problem-solving rather than formal authority. Supports customer first initiatives, service levels goals and enhancing the overall customer experience as related to quality of load, OS&Ds, compliance and deductions; actively researching and evaluating ways to minimize financial impact and improve customer satisfaction. Identifies, recommends and supports process improvements through implementation, effective change management practices and sustainment process adaptation. Reinforces organizational principles, policies, programs, and processes adoption. Promotes safety performance through program awareness, metric improvement actions, and reinforcement of safe work practices in day-to-day work and project execution. Travels as required to warehouses across the division to support performance, initiative teams, projects, and other deliverables. (25-50% of the time) You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have… 5+ years of progressive leadership or expert support experience in warehouse and/or site operations 1+ years of experience direct site functional leadership (site function leader with direct reports) Excellent project management and vendor relations skills Proven team builder with ability to develop others Experience and comfort with influencing others Proven ability to effectively manage and utilize an integrated WMS/ERP system Successful best practice implementation, process improvement, program management, and change management experience Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple coinciding priorities/deliverables Strong communication (written / e-communications, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills Strong MS Office Suite Skills & Experience (Xcel, Word, Teams, PPT) Strong knowledge of warehouse operations Strong industrial safety knowledge and experience We Support and Care for Our Employees by Providing Them With… Development opportunities that enhance you career fulfillment. Salary Range:
$89,695- $117,725 salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, skills, and training.
