The Inventory Manager serves as a key operational leader responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, supporting warehouse operations, and leading inventory control processes across the facility. This is a hands-on operational leadership role that partners closely with warehouse operations, transportation, purchasing, and supply chain teams to support inventory accuracy, operational performance, and continuous improvement. What you'll do… As the Inventory Manager, you will lead inventory control operations while driving accuracy, accountability, and operational efficiency throughout the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily inventory operations and inventory control activities Managing cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation processes Investigating inventory discrepancies, variances, damages, and shortages Monitoring inventory rotation, product aging, and spoilage prevention practices Leading and developing Inventory Control Leads and Inventory Control Clerks Maintaining inventory accuracy within WMS and ERP systems Analyzing inventory trends, KPIs, and operational reporting Supporting warehouse audits, food safety standards, and compliance initiatives Partnering cross-functionally to improve inventory flow and operational efficiency Driving process improvements related to inventory accuracy and warehouse operations Why you'll be successful… You're more than organized; you're operationally minded and people focused.
You know how to:
