Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead a team within our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into broader operational leadership. What You'll Do Oversee daily warehouse operations across both inbound and outbound flow Work closely with the Director of Operations and alongside fellow warehouse managers and supervisors to align priorities and run a cohesive operation Manage inbound — scheduling, receiving, and putaway Manage outbound — picking, packing, and shipping to hit accuracy and on-time targets Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and tighter processes Streamline workflows across the operation to increase throughput and cut errors Partner with fulfillment and client service teams to keep operations running smoothly Maintain clean, accurate records in the WMS and protect data integrity Train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff across functions Support new client onboarding from an operational standpoint
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics Strong understanding of inventory systems (WMS experience preferred) High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Experience in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment is a plus
