The Opportunity We are seeking a high-performing Distribution Center Manager to lead a single fast-paced fulfillment center. You will own day-to-day site performance while driving modernization through automation, AI-enabled decision-making, and a relentless focus on customer experience. The ideal candidate brings 10-15 years of progressive distribution or fulfillment leadership experience with a proven record of improving throughput, labor productivity, order accuracy, service levels, and cost performance. What You'll Do Own all aspects of site operations — inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, staffing, safety, and facility performance Drive accountability for throughput, service, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction Identify and implement automation solutions including conveyor/sortation systems, pick-to-light, robotics, AMRs, and automated storage Leverage AI and advanced analytics for labor planning, slotting, wave planning, forecasting, and real-time operational decisions Establish and manage site

KPIs:

units per hour, order cycle time, dock-to-stock, fill rate, OTIF, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost per order Lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Engineering, Transportation, and Commercial teams Oversee workforce planning, coaching, and performance management for supervisors and frontline teams Build a culture of safety, engagement, accountability, and operational discipline What You'll Bring

Required:

10-15 years in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment with significant leadership responsibility Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred Proven success leading a high-volume DC or fulfillment center Experience improving operations through automation, systems optimization, and technology adoption Hands-on use of data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to drive performance Strong WMS, labor management, and KPI reporting experience Track record of measurable improvements in service, cost, quality, and productivity

Preferred:
