Job Description

Position:
Juneau Station Manager, Full-time, Permanent Location:
Juneau, AK Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 annually Not looking for "just a job"? Neither are we. As the Juneau Station Manager, you'll lead daily station operations, support and develop a high-performing customer service team, and help ensure safe, reliable service for the communities we serve.

What You'll Do:
Lead and support the Juneau customer service team Oversee daily passenger, freight, and flight operations Coordinate communication between staff, pilots, dispatch, and customers Hire, train, coach, and schedule employees Maintain safety, hazmat, and operational compliance Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
Schedule:
Full-time, permanent position. Five 8-hour shifts per week. Hours vary seasonally, and weekend/holiday availability may be required since Alaska Seaplanes operates seven days a week.

What We're Looking For:
Airline, aviation, or strong customer service experience Leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (Takeflite experience is a plus) Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license Ability to regularly lift up to 60 lbs Authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English Ready to make an impact across Southeast Alaska?
