Summary:
Brabner & Hollon, Inc. is seeking to hire a Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, and jobsite delivery coordination. This role serves as a critical link between purchasing, project management, warehouse operations, and field installation teams to ensure materials are received, stored, staged, and delivered accurately and efficiently. The Logistics Manager will lead day-to-day warehouse operations while driving process improvements, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational experience with strong communication, relationship-building, and business management skills. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively coordinate across departments, navigate competing priorities, and build productive working relationships that support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
1. Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking and packing orders, inventory, and outbound deliveries 2. Manage inventory of doors, frames, hardware, and related construction materials 3. Coordinate with the Project Management team and field personnel to ensure timely and accurate job site deliveries 4. Oversee staging and kitting of hardware packages per project specifications 5. Maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and material flow 6. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols 7. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff 8. Track KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and inventory variance 9. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed 10. Oversee maintenance of warehouse and home office facilities
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in humanities, business, supply chain, logistics, construction management, or a related field highly preferred 2. 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, construction operations, or related leadership roles 3. Strong knowledge of doors, frames, architectural hardware, or related construction materials preferred 4. Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, Comsense, Procore, or similar) 5. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 6. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, door schedules, and project documentation preferred 7. Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including physical labor and material handling activities in a non-climate-controlled environment 8. Reliable transportation required 9. Must be able to work overtime as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems used for inventory, logistics, and operational reporting 10. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and operational best practices 11. Knowledge of proper safety practices when handling products, tools, equipment, and warehouse materials 12. Ability to read and interpret measurements, perform basic mathematical calculations, and work accurately with project and inventory data 13. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while effectively contributing as part of a team

The role frequently involves sitting, walking, standing, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with arms and hands.
Work Environment :
This position operates in both an office and warehouse environment. The role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers while also requiring regular interaction with warehouse operations, inventory, deliveries, and material handling activities. Portions of the work are performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
