Job Description
The Logistics Systems & Track and Trace Manager is responsible for overseeing the real-time visibility, monitoring, and exception management of inbound/outbound shipments. This role is dedicated to monitoring freight movement across multiple modes, ensuring carriers adhere to schedule milestones, and proactively resolving transit delays., This role serves as the system manager for our Transportation Management System (TMS) and small package multi-carrier shipping software.
