We design, build, and support secure payment solutions - bill acceptors, printers, and software - all from our headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. Serving businesses worldwide since 2001! Pyramid Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable addition to our Inventory Team. The Inventory & ERP Operations Specialist manages the real-time execution of all material transactions within the ERP system. Embedded on the warehouse floor, this role ensures physical material movements—receipts, issues, and transfers—are accurately reflected in the system to protect inventory integrity and job costing.

Responsibilities Include:

ERP Execution:

Own all manual transactions, including PO receiving, material issues to jobs, location transfers, and inventory adjustments.

Floor Integration:

Work alongside warehouse and production teams to validate physical movements and process transactions as they occur.

Manufacturing Support:

Manage material flow for production jobs and subcontract operations; reconcile and close jobs for accurate costing.

Inventory Control:

Lead discrepancy investigations, support cycle counts, and identify root causes of transaction errors.

Process Discipline:

Act as the system gatekeeper to ensure data accuracy and mentor staff on proper documentation. Measures of Success

• Real-time alignment between ERP data and physical stock.
• Minimal lag time between physical activity and system entry.
• Significant reduction in inventory discrepancies and job costing errors.

Desired Skills:

Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in inventory ERP inventory transaction experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, material handling, and inventory reconciliation. ○ Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email and production software.

Attributes:

High attention to detail and an ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Physical:

Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and move materials up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks.

Collaboration :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
