By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborative approaches, you'll help shape the future of global logistics, creating scalable strategies that streamline complex transportation networks across multiple regions. Key job responsibilities
  • Develop Comprehensive Strategies:
    Create and execute global supply chain strategies that enhance operational performance and reduce end-to-end costs
  • Data-Driven Analysis:
    Perform advanced data modeling to identify performance gaps and implement both immediate and long-term technological solutions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal and external teams to solve execution challenges and share best practices across global regions
  • Leadership Communication:
    Provide transparent, clear reporting on program status, risks, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders
Adaptive Problem-Solving:

You'll dive into data analysis, develop comprehensive operational strategies, and work closely with teams across the United States, China, and Europe to implement cutting-edge logistics solutions. About the team We are a forward-thinking group dedicated to eliminating waste and driving efficiency through innovative product, system, and process improvements. Our team focuses on creating balanced, sustainable transportation strategies that optimize cost, speed, and environmental impact. Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQLPreferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
