Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, inventory management, and production planning to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong collaboration and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly S&OP process, ensuring seamless integration of demand and supply planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, to develop accurate demand forecasts. Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market insights to drive accurate demand planning. Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to balance supply and demand. Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Provide key performance metrics and reports to stakeholders to support decision-making. Continuously improve S&OP processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness. Utilize ERP and planning tools to support forecasting and scenario analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Experience with S&OP software or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive process improvements.
