Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Global Supply Managers; foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.Strategic Sourcing Oversight:
Oversee the end-to-end sourcing strategy for a broad portfolio of commodities, ensuring alignment with Form's long-term product roadmap and manufacturing scale-up.Supply Base Architecture:
Design and implement a robust supplier risk management framework, identifying second-source opportunities and geopolitical risks to ensure 100% supply continuity.Executive Negotiations:
Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million dollar master service agreements (MSAs) and long-term supply agreements, optimizing for total cost of ownership, quality, and risk.Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as a key liaison between GSM, Engineering, Finance, and Quality leadership to ensure seamless integration of supply chain strategy into the product development process.Process Excellence:
Drive the implementation of scalable GSM tools and processes (e.g., QBRs, supplier scorecards, and cost-modeling templates) to improve departmental efficiency. What you'll bring:Deep Leadership Experience:
3+ years of experience directly managing or leading supply chain/procurement professionals in a high-growth hardware or energy environment.Strategic Sourcing Expertise:
7+ years of total experience in strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of managing complex global supply chains and multi-tiered supplier relationships.Technical Category Depth:
Deep expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of complex commodities, including custom mechanical assemblies (metal stampings, plastic injection moldings, etc) and/or electro-mechanical systems (PCBAs, power electronics, energy conversion hardware, etc).Communication:
Exceptional executive presence; ability to distill complex supply chain risks and strategies into actionable insights for senior leadership.Advanced Negotiation Skills:
Expert-level understanding of commercial law and complex contract structures; proven track record of securing favorable terms for multi-million dollar global supply agreements.Change Management and Tactical Execution:
Expert at building scalable inter-departmental change management processes and leading teams through decision-making in dynamic, fluid situations.Technical Cost Modeling:
