Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer Collaboration Develop, implement, and uphold corporate supply chain policies for all import, OEM, and in-house manufactured products for the Asian Ch. Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning processes, including demand forecasting, procurement/sourcing, warehousing, scheduling, and transportation by collaborating closely with headquarters. Oversee end-to-end shipping and receiving operations for imported products, managing logistics from export origins to final customer delivery points. Maintain good target inventory level based on the lead time, and manage inventory risks. Continuously optimize the supply chain by integrating sales demand, manufacturing capabilities, transportation, and warehouse resources to ensure timely service delivery and maximize revenue opportunities. Manage weekly demand planning cycles, leveraging the latest sales forecasts and customer order trends supported by statistical analysis. Develop and align master supply plans with demand forecasts, proactively addressing any production, replenishment, or import constraints. Align and manage NDP and EOL plan for the Asian Channel products with the Sales and Marketing team. Monitor shortages and overages across the supply chain, implementing corrective measures to minimize operational risk. Report S&OP performance and operational results in weekly and monthly meetings, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Purchasing teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Review purchase orders for accuracy and compliance; recommend vendors offering superior quality, service, or pricing where appropriate. Prepare budget reports and monitor costs, ensuring adherence to established targets; support the Division Manager with ad-hoc projects or assignments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related field. 7+ years of experience in supply chain management in demand planning. Proven project management and strong analytical abilities; experience in forecasting and cost accounting highly preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead the development, interpretation, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive supply chain performance improvements. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required; additional Asian language skills a plus.
