You'll translate S&OP-driven demand plans into executable supply strategies while optimizing working capital and maintaining strict food safety compliance in a shelf-life-sensitive environment. What You'll Be Doing Drive materials planning and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted product supply Oversee customer order fulfillment and service performance for the site Lead warehouse operations — inventory accuracy, expense management, and P&L Champion correct use of ERP/MRP planning functions and data integrity Manage working capital for raw materials and finished goods; minimize scrap and obsolescence Develop KPI metrics and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, QA, Operations, and Procurement Lead, develop, and manage Production Planners, Materials Buyers, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Managers What We Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 7-15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience Strong background in food manufacturing planning, scheduling, and warehouse operations — required Expert-level MRP knowledge and ERP experience — D365 strongly preferred Experience managing working capital in a shelf-life sensitive operation CPIM certification (APICS/ASCM) preferred ??
