Located at 620 Auto Center Drive in Claremont, we have quickly become one of the top Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealerships in California by putting our customers and our team first. We are growing, and we are looking for a seasoned Parts Manager to lead our parts department and keep our operation running at a high level. The Role We are seeking an experienced CDJR Parts Manager who knows the business inside and out. This is a leadership position responsible for the day to day operation of our parts department, from inventory and ordering to the counter and the team behind it. If you take pride in a well run, profitable parts operation and you know how to develop people, we want to talk to you. What You Will Do Manage and optimize parts inventory levels to support sales, service, and wholesale demand Control and reduce obsolescence through smart ordering, stocking guides, and return management Oversee the parts counter and ensure fast, accurate service for retail, wholesale, and internal customers Lead, train, and build a strong parts team focused on accountability and results Track gross, turn rates, fill rates, and other key metrics, then act on them Maintain strong relationships with the service department, sales department, and outside accounts Keep the department organized, compliant, and aligned with manufacturer standards What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Parts Manager, ideally with CDJR or another franchise dealership Deep knowledge of parts inventory management and obsolescence control Hands on experience running a parts counter A track record of building and leading teams Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with dealership DMS and parts catalog systems Compensation and Benefits Pay range of $10,000 to $15,000 per month, depending on experience Sign on bonus available for the right candidate Full time, in person position The backing and stability of an established automotive group with nearly 50 years in the business
