Job Description

Adecco is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Parts Planning & Analysis Contractor to support a leading automotive organization. This role is responsible for managing parts operations, supporting supply chain performance, driving operational improvements, and providing data-driven insights that enhance aftersales performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience within automotive parts operations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.

$30.00 - $40.00/hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities Parts Operations Manage daily parts operational activities. Serve as the primary liaison between parts suppliers, logistics providers, distribution centers, and internal business units. Monitor parts supplier performance and recommend corrective actions and operational improvements. Identify opportunities to improve dealer parts operations and support parts sales growth. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to measure operational performance. Inventory & Program Management Manage Dealer Retail Inventory Management (RIM) programs. Analyze inventory performance and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness. Support initiatives focused on increasing parts availability and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with customer experience, field operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to support strategic initiatives. Coordinate communications and operational updates with field teams and retail partners. Support executive leadership with special projects and cross-functional assignments. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities Maintain supplier agreements, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders. Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities. Support operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's Degree required. 5+ years of automotive OEM experience required. Parts operations experience strongly preferred. Experience with forecasting, process improvement, and operational analysis. Project management experience preferred. Budget management experience preferred. Experience with OEC programs such as PartsEye and D2D Express is a plus. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP experience required. Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and regression analysis preferred. Professional Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Pay Details:
