In support of Saint‑Gobain's commitments to operational excellence, digital transformation, and customer‑centricity, the Senior Supply Chain Manager provides strategic, multi‑business leadership for end‑to‑end supply chain activities across Garden Grove. This role is responsible for defining and executing the site supply chain strategy, standardizing planning, logistics, material flow, inventory management, and procurement alignment across sites. The incumbent leads long‑term S&OP planning, network optimization, ERP/QAD process governance, and multi‑level leadership development. The role requires strategic foresight, the ability to influence across multiple layers of the organization, and the capability to drive transformation that delivers measurable business impact across facilities. Multi‑business, high‑mix/low‑volume manufacturing with demanding aerospace and industrial customers. The role must drive process standardization, data integrity, and digital transformation across facilities with varied levels of maturity. Operating in a matrixed environment requires strong influencing skills, cross‑functional alignment, and leadership of change. Challenges include long lead times, supply volatility, regulatory compliance (ISO9001, AS9100, ITAR), people empowerment and development, and the need for robust S&OP discipline. + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or other technical discipline (required) + Master's Degree in Operations is (preferred) + APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, PMP (preferred) + 10+ years Supply Chain/Planning and 5+ years leading managers and/or multi‑business teams (required) + 5+ years Supervision/management of leaders and teams (required) + 3+ years Leading ERP/MRP operational efficiency initiatives(required) + 5+ years Aerospace/Plastic Semiconductor manufacturing experience (preferred) + Six signa green belt (preferred) Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
