Senior Logistics Drayage Manager Santa Ana, CA (Onsite) Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 5:30
PM Travel:
Up to 20% Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Logistics Drayage Manager to manage end-to-end container drayage operations, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of shipments from port to final destination. Responsibilities Manage drayage process including arrival notices, ISF coordination, delivery orders, and empty container returns Coordinate daily container pickup and delivery schedules with carriers Maintain carrier relationships and handle urgent issues or delays Identify backup carriers to ensure capacity coverage Track shipments across carriers, rail terminals, and logistics partners Monitor and improve delivery performance and service KPIs Prepare monthly KPI and operational reports Provide shipment status updates to internal teams and customers Support ad-hoc reporting and operational analysis Identify process improvement opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of ocean freight, drayage, or freight forwarding Experience in logistics or supply chain operations Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Experience working with carriers or logistics providers
