What You'll Be Doing Your day lives in the details that drive the whole operation. You'll be tightening inventory accuracy, leading cycle counts and audits, identifying savings opportunities, negotiating pricing, improving purchasing results, and building the kind of accountability that keeps trucks ready and the field moving. You'll coach people, spot patterns, question bad data, and fix leaks before they become expensive habits. When inventory is right, assets are protected, and vendors are managed well, the whole company feels it. This role is for someone who likes bringing order to moving parts. You'll have the chance to protect profit, improve service readiness, and build systems people can actually trust. Who We're Looking For You'll likely thrive here if you're a systems-oriented operator who knows how to balance people leadership with hard accountability. You care about facts, data, follow-through, and building a team that can be counted on. You have 5+ years of leadership experience in inventory, warehouse, procurement, supply chain, or field service operations You know inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and inventory control systems You bring procurement and vendor management experience, including pricing negotiations and cost reduction work You negotiate competitive pricing, manage vendor relationships, and improve purchasing performance You understand asset protection, loss prevention, shrink reduction, and accountability systems You can support field operations through inventory planning, truck stock management, and service readiness You have experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees You're strong with reporting, spreadsheets, analysis, and problem-solving You treat inventory and purchasing like profit-driving functions, not admin work You lead with integrity and hold people accountable with facts and data Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, distribution, manufacturing, or service-based operations is preferred If you're ready to bring order, protect assets, improve profitability, and lead with care, apply now.
