We conduct over 100 live auctions annually across the United States and are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of inventory tracking and control. This is a critical position for someone who enjoys organization, accountability, and creating efficient systems. What You'll Be Doing Receive, catalog, and track incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and locations Organize merchandise within the warehouse Perform inventory audits and cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Coordinate inventory movement to and from auction events nationwide Work closely with shipping, warehouse, and management teams Generate inventory and reconciliation reports Help establish and maintain inventory procedures and best practices Qualifications 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with inventory software and Excel Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, accountable, and proactive Experience with barcoding, scanning, or inventory systems is a plus What We're Looking For The right person is not afraid to take ownership.
