$48-$50 per Hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Manager to lead daily operations within a high-volume surgical environment. This role is responsible for overseeing sterile processing staff, ensuring instrument availability, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across all shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, expertise in sterile processing standards , and a proven ability to manage department performance, quality initiatives, and infection prevention practices.
