This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior experience working within the collision repair industry and a strong understanding of collision parts operations, repair procedures, and production flow. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage all aspects of parts procurement and inventory while supporting the repair process from blueprint to delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior collision repair industry experience required Experience managing collision parts from ordering through final reconciliation Ability to read and understand repair estimates and blueprints Knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and remanufactured parts Experience with parts mirror matching, receiving, labeling, and returns Ability to track supplements and maintain accurate documentation Strong communication skills with vendors, estimators, technicians, and insurance partners Inventory control and organization skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple vehicles and deadlines simultaneously Experience using CCC ONE Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities Include:

Ordering and tracking parts for collision repairs Verifying accuracy and completeness of parts orders Managing returns, credits, and invoice reconciliation Coordinating with production staff to ensure timely repair flow Maintaining organized parts storage and documentation Assisting in reducing delays and improving cycle time Ensuring damaged or incorrect parts are resolved quickly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Rivian and Tesla repairs a strong bonus Preferred experience with BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles Experience with PartsTrader and OPSTrax Knowledge of parts price matching, GP analysis, and material invoicing OEM certification program experience preferred Knowledge of EV repair procedures and parts processes preferred
