Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the logistics and warehousing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or supply chain sales, with a strong ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about driving revenue growth, and is eager to maximize their earning potential through a competitive commission structure.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and expand new business opportunities in logistics and warehousing services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions (e.g., warehousing, fulfillment, distribution) Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, contract negotiation, and closing Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sales (required) Familiar with 3PL, fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics operations is a strong plus Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Existing client resources/network is a plus Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
Starting from $6,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Commission:
Competitive, uncapped earning potential High earning opportunity based on performance
