Supply Chain Manager Job Description We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with 20 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a crucial role in developing a team, collaborating with colleagues, and mentoring buyers and planners within the department. The position involves driving negotiations, achieving cost savings, mitigating risks, and executing data-driven strategies. Responsibilities Develop and lead a team in the supply chain department. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments. Mentor and provide guidance to buyers and planners. Drive negotiations to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks. Oversee procurement, purchasing, and logistics functions. Stabilize material flow and enhance supplier management. Essential Skills 20 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership in procurement, purchasing, and logistics. Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in supply chain management and ERP systems. Experience with inventory management and logistics. Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Work Environment This is an in-office position overseeing a team of 6 within a small company of 65 employees. The work environment offers a family feel, and you will report directly to the CEO/Owner. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Oxnard, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $118000.00 - $118000.00/yr. Medical, 80% paid by company for employee. And 20% dependent paid by company. Plus 30K life insurance paid. And dental, vision insurance as well as holiday and vacation. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Oxnard,CA.
