Our robots are designed to be generalists capable of operating in complex, real-world environments and handling scenarios unseen in training. We work at the intersection of large-scale learning, robotics, and systems, with a research team that includes researchers from Stanford, Berkeley, Harvard, and beyond. We're not building a feature; we're building a new computing platform for physical work — and with over $400M raised, we're investing aggressively in the R D, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make that a reality. Role Overview We are looking for someone who thrives in a schedule-driven New Product Introduction (NPI) environment and is comfortable in a startup environment with partial information and quick decision-making — landing hardware on immovable bring-up and build dates. This role reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain. Core responsibilities The Logistics Manager will oversee movement of all inbound/outbound material including parcels, pallets, and crates of both robot and non-robot material. Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of materials monitor inventory levels, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and operational needs. Manage Freight forwarders and all shipment carriers Work with custom packaging vendors as applicable Handle any outbound shipments ie RMAs, Robot and equipment shipments Reconcile inhouse inventory with Purchase Orders Create processes for material handling onsite to appropriate receive vendor material, log internal material transactions, and track outbound shipments to minimize loss Qualifications 5-10 years of Logistics and or material handling related experience, ideally in a startup environment Strong execution under pressure with clear written/oral communication, reliable follow-through, and the judgment to escalate early to protect schedule. Comfortable executing while building structure and processes Experience with supply chain management and inventory control Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using procurement software Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bonus extras Experience in consumer, mobility, or medical device industries
