Job Description

Supply Chain Manager Position Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier performance. This role ensures product availability, cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery while minimizing risk and improving operational performance. Key Responsibilities Forecast demand and align supply plans to meet business requirements. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Source and qualify suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms. Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost). Develop sourcing, tariff, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage supplier audits and compliance requirements. Implement inventory control policies and cycle count programs. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics. Manage freight costs and carrier relationships. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations if applicable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience 5+ years of supply chain experience. Experience with PDM/LCM and ERP/MRP systems. Experience in electronics sourcing preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and financial skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency. Knowledge of international trade and compliance.
