This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays a key leadership role in ensuring efficient warehouse and delivery operations. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations and warehouse personnel. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Schedule company drivers, deliveries, and pickup routes. Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics issues. Negotiate and secure competitive freight rates. Ensure warehouse safety, organization, and operational efficiency. Lead and develop warehouse staff while maintaining accountability and performance standards. Work closely with the Director of Operations to improve processes and support company growth. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and freight coordination. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
