This role will oversee both overseas warehouse operations and last-mile transportation performance across multiple U.S. regions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics, fulfillment operations, third-party warehouse management, and carrier performance management. This is a high-impact operational role with strong growth potential in a rapidly expanding global business environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management Manage daily operations of third-party warehouse partners across North America Monitor warehouse performance, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service quality Develop and improve SOPs, KPIs, and operational standards Identify operational issues and implement corrective action plans Coordinate with warehouse vendors to improve fulfillment efficiency and SLA performance Support onboarding and evaluation of new warehouse partners Collaborate with internal teams on OMS/WMS operational processes and system improvements Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and operational assessments Last-Mile Logistics Operations Manage carrier performance across parcel and LTL transportation networks Monitor operational KPIs including pickup performance, scan compliance, transit SLA, delivery success rate, and claims management Coordinate issue resolution for logistics exceptions and delivery disruptions Support carrier onboarding, operational rollout, and account management Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth transportation execution Drive continuous operational improvements to support business growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain operations Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics or third-party logistics (3PL) environments preferred Familiarity with parcel carriers, LTL transportation, fulfillment operations, or overseas warehouse management Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with OMS, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus Willingness to travel within the United States as needed Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Cross-border e-commerce logistics Fulfillment and warehouse operations Third-party logistics (3PL) Parcel or express delivery networks Freight forwarding and supply chain operations Amazon seller fulfillment ecosystem E-commerce platform logistics operations Why Join Us Opportunity to join a fast-growing international logistics platform High-impact regional operations role with strong visibility Exposure to large-scale cross-border logistics networks Career growth and long-term development opportunities Competitive compensation package
