Full Job Description Job Overview:

The Kana Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and maintain accurate inventory operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across all inventory systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large SKU counts and is comfortable working within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inventory reconciliation and audits across 500+ SKUs Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies Manage inventory workflows using METRC (California track-and-trace system) Utilize cannabis POS back-office systems to track, report, and manage stock levels Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and compliance teams Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis inventory regulations Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of inventory management or reconciliation experience Experience managing inventory with 500+ SKUs required Proficiency with California METRC system Experience with cannabis POS back-office systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must provide professional references
