Dealership Parts Manager Confidential Salinas, CA 93906 From $110,000 a year - Full-time From $110,000 a year - Full-time Confidential Automotive Parts Manager Salinas, CA Area Full-Time | $110,000+ Annual Compensation | Salary + Commission A well-established domestic automotive dealership in the Salinas, California area is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts department. This is a confidential opportunity for a motivated automotive professional with a strong background in domestic brands and dealership parts operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive profitability, maintain strong inventory controls, and support both retail and service operations while building a positive, accountable team culture. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the dealership parts department Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, ordering, and stocking processes Lead, train, and develop parts department staff Maintain strong relationships with service advisors, technicians, and vendors Monitor department profitability, gross margins, and expense control Ensure accurate parts pricing, warranty processing, and inventory reconciliation Maintain excellent customer service standards for both internal and external customers Analyze reports and implement strategies to improve department performance Qualifications Previous Automotive Parts Manager experience required Domestic dealership experience is required Strong understanding of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and manufacturer programs Experience with dealership management systems Proven leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and communication abilities Results-driven with a focus on process improvement and profitability
