JOB DUTIES
Oversee and manage overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Lead and manage activities related to strategic or tactical production planning, customer service, global logistics, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation, and other areas as required. Develop analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals. Oversee division-wide management of strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services. Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations to grow the business. Understand customers' needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to supply chain activities. Manage vendor relationships. Oversee the sales and operations planning process (SIOP) including supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery. Oversee the Customer Service Department in providing top-notch customer service in fulfilling customer orders. Oversee production planning to ensure proper planning to meet customer needs. Oversee warehouses, inventory levels, and freight suppliers to ensure timely movement and delivery of products. Manage procurement-related functions (e.g., develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts, etc.). Monitor and analyze current trends in the marketplace. Identify and manage risk within the supply chain. Address tactical and strategic supply chain issues.
SALARY:
$150,000 - $184,000/yr.

10% travel required (4% international & 6% domestic).
