• $13,000 per month (DOE) Full-Time | Full Benefits Lead a High-Performing Parts Department Capitol Nissan Infiniti in San Jose is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee and grow a fast-paced, high-volume parts operation.

This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to drive profitability, manage inventory efficiently, and lead a team to success. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and returns Lead, train, and develop a team of 4-5 parts employees Maintain optimal inventory levels to support service and wholesale operations Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and department performance Ensure accurate and efficient use of CDK DMS (required) Build strong relationships with service, sales, and vendors Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards (Nissan/Infiniti experience highly preferred) What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager Strong working knowledge of CDK DMS (REQUIRED) Nissan or Infiniti brand experience strongly preferred Ability to lead and manage a small team (4-5 employees) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Track record of hitting gross profit and inventory turn goals What We Offer Competitive monthly compensation: $10K
