What We Are Looking For:

Industry Veterans:

8+ years of leadership in a Manufacturing warehouse/logistics environment (Life Sciences or Tech preferred). The "Quality"

Mindset:

Proven experience managing inventory and shipping under strict GMP, ISO, or FDA regulatory frameworks.

Onsite Commitment:

Ability to lead from the front, 100% onsite at Bay Area production facilities.

Education:

salary:

$130,000 - $175,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Our manufacturing clients look for "Dual-Threat" leaders who can manage both the compliance of global logistics and the physicality of warehouse operations .

Warehouse & Facility Ownership:

You will lead onsite teams (15-40+ headcount), enforcing safety (Cal/OSHA) and maintaining "audit-ready" facility standards 24/7.

Logistics & Trade Compliance:

You will act as the steward for high-value goods, ensuring 100% adherence to

ISO 13485 , FDA QMSR

, or ITAR export controls.

Inventory & Systems:

You will own the data integrity within the ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or NetSuite), driving cycle count accuracy above 99.5%.

Strategic Integration:

You will sit at the table with Production and Quality heads to ensure the warehouse never becomes a bottleneck for the manufacturing line. Skills Stock Management Inventory
