SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview:
Provides overall leadership, management, and oversight of end-to-end supply chain operations for Sansum, encompassing multiple facilities based on assignment. Accountable for all functional areas of supply chain operations, including receiving, shipping, distribution, inventory management, and associated logistics functions. Serves as the primary liaison between the facilities and the system Supply Chain organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies, standards, and initiatives. Responsible for the optimal coordination and delivery of supply chain services and resources across assigned affiliates to support clinical and operational needs. Leads and implements cost-reduction and value optimization initiatives related to materials management, while driving a high level of standardization in processes, products, and systems. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce variation, enhance service levels, and support high-quality patient care through disciplined supply chain operations and strong cross-functional collaboration.Job Description :
EDUCATION

12 years recent relevant experienceSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrated success in major project coordination and implementation of successful cost containment initiatives is required. Extensive knowledge of Materials Management/Supply Chain Management and other related functions in acute or alternate healthcare settings are required. Knowledge of healthcare products and equipment, inventory sources, alternate sources of supply and distribution systems, and new or emerging trends in the industry are required. Ability to coordinate processes for numerous sites over a wide geographical area and to prioritize multiple demands and projects is critical. Ability to deal with complex situations and a large degree of variation in policies, rules, and regulations required. Excellent team leadership and organizational skills are required. Proven written and verbal communication skills including excellent interpersonal skills are required. Flexibility, adaptability, creativity and innovation are required. Project management and presentation skills are essential. Requires a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently in order to meet deadlines and implement projects. Meeting deadlines and implementing unplanned projects are an integral part of the work responsibilities.Job Shift:
