This role drives alignment between demand planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure material availability, optimized inventory performance, and on-time execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, enabling scalable supply chain execution in a fast-paced, global environment. This leader will oversee material planning, inventory control, shortage management, supplier collaboration, and execution performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation across supply chain operations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Execution Leadership Lead global materials planning and execution processes to ensure uninterrupted supply and optimized inventory levels. Drive execution excellence across procurement, manufacturing support, fulfillment, and logistics coordination. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply continuity, delivery performance, and operational responsiveness. Proactively manage supplier execution driving alignment to balance demand, production capacity, and inventory investment. Materials Management Direct inventory planning, replenishment, allocation, and material flow across multiple sites and distribution networks. Ensure proper inventory control management and proactively manage clean to build assessments to ensure material availability. Drive supplier commits at a weekly, monthly, and quarterly level and ensure suppliers can deliver to those commits. Establish inventory targets, safety stock policies, and execution metrics aligned with business goals. Drive shortage mitigation with Sourcing team and excess and obsolete inventory reduction Ensure material readiness to support manufacturing schedules and customer commitments. Work with Supply Planning team on allocation of material during times of supply constraints. Operational Performance & Analytics Define and monitor KPIs including OTIF, fill rates, supplier commits accuracy, and supplier performance. Use data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for execution failures and supply disruptions. Champion continuous improvement and drive operational excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Suppliers on on forecast and risk short and long term. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to improve supply reliability and responsiveness. Support new product introductions, infrastructure expansions, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Serve as a key escalation point for supply chain execution. Leadership & Talent Development Build and lead high-performing global teams across materials planning and supply execution functions. Foster a culture of accountability, agility, collaboration, and operational discipline. Mentor leaders and develop organizational capabilities in advanced supply chain execution practices. Lead organizational transformation initiatives and process standardization efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain , Operations, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred. 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including materials management and execution operations. Experience leading complex global supply chain organizations in manufacturing, technology, consumer goods, or related industries. Strong expertise in ERP/MRP systems. Proven track record driving inventory optimization, service improvement, and operational execution performance. Deep understanding of Materials Management and Execution, S&OP, demand/supply planning, inventory management, and logistics operations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using supply chain metrics and dashboards.

Hiring Range in USD from: $166,800 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
