Key Responsibilities:
Own and participate in global logistics automation strategy roadmap rollout for a business unit, act as a liaison between logistics operations, IT, and other support functions. Lead teams and direct deployment of cross-functional (scope, time, budget) logistics 4.0 programs in the area of warehousing automation Hand-off released digital solutions to the warehousing operations team and participate in knowledge transfer and user training with 3PL. Monitor the programs from initiation through delivery; review status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the digital solutions will solve the business problems. Tracking of all program savings and reporting to senior management and finance team. Ensure compliance and conformance to operations quality and safety standards. Work and implement other programs on an ad-hoc basis as required by business and operations needs.
Skill Requirements:
Master's degree in industrial engineering, operations research, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. Min. of 8-10 years of relevant experience managing logistics 4.0/automation program implementations, 15+ years of total experience. Experience in logistics 4.0 / AMR robotics / VLMs / Control Towers / AI applied in logistics and warehousing environment (Semiconductor and/or logistics 3PL experience preferred). Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and strategic approach. Proven experience in managing stakeholders' relationships and expectations, team leadership skills. Knowledge of program management techniques, budget, and resource planning. Good communicator
  • comfortable in presenting to all levels within the business.
Willingness and flexibility to travel (up to 25%).
