Position Overview Hans Biomed USA is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of our high-quality biologics, aesthetic medical devices, and regenerative medicine products. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep expertise in regulated environments who will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and support our mission of advancing tissue engineering and improving patient outcomes worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead global supply chain strategy, including sourcing raw materials and components for biologics, bone graft materials, acellular dermal matrix products, MINT PDO threads, and other innovative medical devices. Manage supplier qualification, performance, and relationships with a focus on quality assurance, traceability, and compliance withFDA, ISO
13485, and international regulatory standards. Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste for temperature-sensitive or high-value regenerative products. Direct logistics and distribution processes, including international shipments from our Korean headquarters and domestic fulfillment to clinics and healthcare providers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement, production planning, and risk management to reduce costs and enhance supply chain resilience. Collaborate cross-functionally with R D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and new product launches. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier quality; implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, including cGMP, tissue product standards, and import/export requirements. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Identify and implement process improvements using ERP systems, data analytics, and best practices in supply chain management. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA orAPICS/CPIM
certification preferred). 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in FDA-regulated environments, ISO 13485, supplier audits, and global sourcing (experience with international supply chains a strong plus). Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Microsoft Excel, and supply chain analytics tools. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with cold-chain logistics or temperature-controlled biologics. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Background in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or tissue engineering products.
