Onsite Compensation:
$165,000 - $175,000 annually. Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role oversees warehousing, logistics, procurement, and production planning while driving operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in supply chain leadership, S&OP processes, ERP systems, and team development within a manufacturing setting. Food or beverage manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals Lead planning, forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management processes Monitor OTIF delivery performance and cost metrics; implement process improvements Utilize ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for planning and reporting Ensure compliance with food safety, DOT, OSHA, and HACCP standards Negotiate vendor contracts and manage supplier performance Oversee budgets and cost-reduction initiatives Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required; MBA preferred 5+ years of progressive supply chain or logistics leadership experience Manufacturing experience required; food or beverage manufacturing strongly preferred Strong ERP and data analytics experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
