This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of load board activities, ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain partners, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, you will foster a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence, leveraging your expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain analytics, and enterprise resource planning systems to deliver outstanding results. Duties Lead the daily operations of the load board platform, ensuring optimal load matching and carrier engagement Manage production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and delays Utilize
SAP, ERP
systems, and MRP tools to monitor inventory levels, streamline workflows, and enhance supply chain visibility Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements aligned with lean manufacturing principles Oversee plant management activities related to transportation logistics, assembly coordination, and quality control measures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements across all operations Conduct supply chain analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall supply chain management performance Experience Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or logistics environments Strong knowledge of
SAP, ERP
