Senior Program Manager, WorldWide Logistics Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)

As a Senior Program Manager within the Worldwide Business Process Engineeringorganization, you will work with a globally dispersed cross-functional team to conduct rootcause and alternatives analysis to add new supply chain capability, drive processoptimization, increased scale & efficiency, and minimize cost. You will prepare appropriate documentation including current state, value stream mapping, scenario & sensitivity testing, financial analysis, and business case development. You will oversee all aspects of project information including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition, and provide oversight of a global portfolio of projects.

DescriptionYou will have the ability to find opportunities and lead business process re-engineeringefforts. You will also be responsible for leading medium to large size, global cross-functional projects, build and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, build customer loyalty, and driverevenue.

This position requires you to work with senior management and global teams todefine processes and system roadmaps and drive improvements of the organization. Thiseffort is directly linked to our commercial strategy and needs to be forward-looking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements and designspecifications.2. Assess current processes. Develop and implement future business processes.3. Serve as liaison to Operation teams to develop technology systems solutions(requirements, user testing, etc.) to support WW SOS initiatives.4. Partners with key cross-functional partners to solicit customer and associate feedbackto identify initiative improvement opportunities for implementation5. Act as a liaison between the business teams and IS&T (Information Systems andTechnology) to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by theproposed technology solutions.6. Drive the design, development, implementation and management of solutions forCustomers.7. Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technologyroadmaps in support of long-term divisional strategies.8. Implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture. Influence decisions andchange management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focusedapproach.9. Provide functional subject matter expertise.10. Manage complex projects to major milestones. Develop project justification proposals,business cases and return on investment estimates; obtain executive approval andfunding.11. Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the properamount of structure is applied to enable project success.12. Facilitate project related testing, roll-out, and post-mortem work.13. Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and seniorexecutive teams.

Preferred QualificationsMBA is desiredProficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global companyProven ability to handle complexity, deadlines, and meet cost constraintsExcellent verbal and written communication skills across project and management teamsAbility to lead and enhance project team effectivenessMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years broad supply chain management exposure with expertise in a specific area to includelogistics, fulfillment, transportation, global trade compliance, procurement or supplychain operationsExperience driving supply chain process improvement / Kaizen, quality Six Sigma, andLean effortsExperience planning, managing, and delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+month) projects, including Brainstorming and requirements gathering.

Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles, including business process flow diagramming.

Literacy with process modeling tools, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools\
